Overview

This Returns and Refund Policy explains how Regeniq handles returns, replacements and refunds for products supplied following a professional quotation arranged through our website.

Because this storefront is quotation-only and does not take online card payment, any approved refund is processed through the same offline / invoiced payment channel used for the order.

Professional and regulatory products

Many products are supplied for professional use and may be subject to regulatory, safety or cold-chain restrictions. For these reasons, certain items cannot be returned once dispatched unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Eligible return reasons

• Product arrived damaged or defective.
• Incorrect product or quantity supplied compared with your confirmed order.
• Delivery failure attributable to our dispatch error.

Non-returnable items

• Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.
• Temperature-sensitive products where cold-chain integrity may have been compromised after receipt.
• Products returned without prior authorisation or outside the required timeframe.
• Items restricted from return under applicable law or product safety requirements.

Return timeframe

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if you believe your order qualifies for return or replacement. Include your order number, batch details if available, and clear photos of the issue.

How to request a return

1. Email contact@regeniq.pk or use our contact page with your order number.
2. Describe the issue and attach supporting photos where relevant.
3. Wait for return authorisation and instructions. Do not return products without approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel where possible. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods, or after we approve a refund without return where appropriate.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Replacements

Where stock allows, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return rules apply.
